Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in Western Massachusetts seeks a Recovery Coach to mentor adults on recovery journeys using motivational interviewing and peer support to help build recovery capital and wellness plans.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 2 years in sustained recovery, Recovery Coach Academy training (or commitment within 4 weeks), CARC certification (or progress toward it), valid driver's license, and trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care.
As a Recovery Coach, you’ll mentor, guide, and empower adults on their unique recovery journeys. Using motivational interviewing and peer support, you’ll help individuals build recovery capital, develop wellness plans, and connect with healthcare providers, recovery networks, and community supports.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus monthly incentive bonuses
