Job summary

Granite Recovery Centers in New Hampshire seeks compassionate clinical professionals to provide individual and group counseling as part of a collaborative care team. You will manage your caseload, develop treatment plans, and support clients through recovery journeys across multiple NH locations.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, ongoing professional development, and adherence to HIPAA and ethical standards within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or similar field.
• NH license preferred but not required: MLADC, LICSW or LCMHC.
• 2–4 years direct experience in mental health and substance use disorders preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling/psychotherapy to clients on the recovery journey.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to support goals and progress.
• Work with a collaborative care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Manage your caseload while maintaining ongoing communication with the treatment team.
• Review progress, adjust treatment plans, and support transitions and discharge.
• Participate in care team meetings and contribute to solutions that support clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with program, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to strengthen clinical skills.
• Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional ethical standards.
