Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Christian faith and alignment with LVRM’s values.
- Pastoral, ministry, chaplaincy, or church leadership experience.
- Ability to teach Scripture clearly in recovery contexts.
- Strong pastoral care, listening and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with guests through regular presence within shelter programs.
- Provide pastoral care, prayer, and spiritual support to residents, guests, staff and volunteers.
- Lead chapel services, Bible studies, devotionals, and recovery-focused groups.
- Provide crisis intervention and grief support during difficult situations.
- Connect residents and guests to church services and community resources.
