Qualifications

• Must have Trauma-Informed Care knowledge and experience with patients with Substance Use Disorder.
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and related treatment approaches.
• Familiarity with laws regarding personnel and client information.

Responsibilities

• Develop a treatment plan in collaboration with supervisors reflecting patient needs and diagnoses.
• Provide individual and group counseling to a caseload of SUD patients.
• Coordinate services, referrals, and documentation to support recovery and treatment access.
• Monitor patient progress and engage patients in decision-making about care.
• Assist with scheduling admissions and first appointments as needed.
