The role involves leading activity groups, updating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation; you will also meet with clients individually to foster recovery goals and collaborate with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• PSR Certified Peer Specialist with lived experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts psychosocial rehabilitation service activity groups using Agency-approved modules.
• Develops and updates the rehabilitation component of the CSP and completes all required clinical documentation within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs of staff activities and supports peers in coordinating with case managers and clinicians to reach recovery goals.
