Job summary

Rural King is hiring a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. You will focus on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and upholding company merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include organizing displays, greeting customers, and assisting with product locations. You will operate retail equipment safely and support other departments as needed in a team-driven environment.

• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to safely use a ladder and pallet jack.
• Ability to navigate and access all required store facilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Close vision required for computer-related activities.
