Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Aide in Wareham, MA to act as the lead liaison among staff, patients, and families within a behavioral health setting. The role supports recovery, engages patients, and promotes wellness while coordinating with nurses, counselors, and medication specialists on duty.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in customer service within a high-stress environment. CPR certification is preferred and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–3 years of customer service experience; ability to cover multiple shifts, including weekends.
• Comfort with high-stress, fast-paced environment; comfort speaking in front of larger groups.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-risk patients and assist with group participation.
• Conduct specialty groups and document attendance in the EMR.
• Track and complete program evaluations; report data as required.
• Relate and communicate effectively with patients in a treatment setting.
• Maintain program guidelines through recovery-oriented socialization and appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with counseling team and meet with patients individually when appropriate.
