A leading repossession company is seeking a motivated Recovery Agent to handle towing and repossession of vehicles. This role involves ensuring compliance with laws and maintaining safety while providing excellent service. Candidates must have towing experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Full-time position with hourly pay plus incentives available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years towing experience.
• 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes).
• Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Tow vehicles as directed by management.
• Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Return vehicles to designated locations.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
