A leading asset resolution company in California is seeking a Recovery Agent to perform towing and repossession tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of towing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. The role includes ensuring compliance with state laws and maintaining accurate records. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years towing experience.
• 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes).
• Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
