Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Goodyear, AZ is hiring for a Second Shift Recoup role. The position runs Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm with a pay rate of $21.35 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include repackaging damaged, salvageable products and returning stock to the warehouse, while maintaining a safe work environment. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and effective written/verbal communication are essential.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with standing or walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Repackage damaged product that can be salvaged and shipped.
• Return recouped product back to stock in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and prevent spills.
• Occasional laborer for inbound rail cars.

Role Purpose:

Key Accountabilities:

• Repackaging any damaged product that can be salvaged and restored to shippable condition.
• Return recouped product back to stock in the warehouse.
• Clean and maintain area from spills and keep a safe work environment.
• Occasional laborer for inbound rail cars.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Warehouse experience, preferred
