Office of the County Clerk - Archives Division

125 Symmes Road, Manalapan

Job Duties:
  1. Scan documents on various types of scanners
  2. Indexing documents electronically via RIM as well as on paper
  3. Processing paper collections
  4. Uploading documents into the County Clerk’s Archive
  5. Shredding boxes in the record center
  6. All other clerical duties
Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Note: All Monmouth County positions are on site. There are no provisions to work remotely.
