Job summary

Iron Mountain Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a hands-on Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Project Specialist) to join the Records Project team. You will move, label, and transport critical government records safely, with strict security in mind, as part of a dedicated global company.

The position is temporary with potential to become permanent. Expect a hands-on role in a dynamic environment, supporting customers and colleagues while adhering to security guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling.
• Strong attention to detail for matching long numbers on labels.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs for 8 hours.
• US citizenship required due to federal security rules.
• Willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage record boxes up to 50 lbs on elevated platforms.
• Label and track boxes with barcodes and RFID labels.
• Pack and secure pallets and wrap them for safe shipping.
• Check box numbers against pull lists before moves.
• Use hand trucks, wheeled carts, and pallet jacks to move boxes.
