LMI is seeking a Records Management Specialist with a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support Intelligence Community customers in the Chantilly, VA area. The role focuses on records and information management, big data storage, and strategic process improvement within IC programs.

The candidate should have 3+ years of IC-focused experience, strong communication skills, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent. Security clearance and polygraph are required for consideration.

Qualifications

Qualifications

A BS or BA degree or equivalent with a major associated with one of the above disciplines is preferred. Must have at least 3 years of experience (preferable with an Intelligence Community customer) to include experience in one or more relevant management consulting disciplines. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Target salary range: $100,000 - $125,000
