Job summary

A leading health information management company in Addison, Texas, seeks a dedicated individual for an onsite role working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities include maintaining quality mail processing and shipping, ensuring documents comply with HIPAA standards, and managing packaging and inventory. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Ready to Release/Available for Download queue.
• Packaging, weighing & labeling of printed materials for shipping.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of the work environment.
• Ensure documents are shipped to correct addresses following HIPAA standards.
• Process and ship all mail daily by 4 PM.
