Job description

This position requires 3 weeks of in-person training prior to working remotely.

The Records Coordinator performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, and receptionist duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service, supporting the intake and acquisition of clinical records, pathology slides, and radiographic images from outside facilities. The coordinator accurately maintains required logs, files, and statistics.

Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Associates Degree: Medical Secretarial Sciences (Preferred)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
  • 1 Year experience in a medical secretarial role (Required)
  • 1 Year experience in the department's specialty (Preferred)
