In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and maintaining our records, ensuring that everything is meticulously scanned, imaged, and indexed for easy access. You'll collaborate with our office staff, contribute to essential document management procedures, and provide top-notch customer service to our faculty, staff, and external partners. Schedule
  • Monday through Thursday: 7:45 am to 5:15 pm (with a 30-minute lunch)
  • Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
Responsibilities
  • Scan, image, and maintain records, ensuring proper indexing and organization.
  • Coordinate with office staff for document intake and management.
  • Assist with distributing checks, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support document management procedures and internal control processes.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and answering phones.
  • Assist other Business Office departments as needed.
Working hours

7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Experience in scanning and imaging documents.
