Progressive Technology Federal Systems, Inc. (PTFS) has been a leading enterprise Content Services Platform (eCSP) to Federal, Civilian and DoD agencies, has an opening for aRecords and Information Manager.

Duties:

  • The Records and Information Manager (RIM) shall be responsible for large, complex records management tasks (or multiple small tasks) staffed by professionals, paraprofessionals, and clerical personnel.
  • The RIM shall develop RIM plans, manage staff, and oversee efforts designed to develop or update records management systems at the enterprise level or for significant elements of the enterprise.
  • The RIM will perform all activities associated with records management function oversight, including staffing, budgeting, schedule management, and monitoring RM activities.

Experience Requirements:

  • The Records and Information Manager shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing records management support services efforts.

Education:

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in an information or business discipline with a Certified Records Manager designation .
