The Team Leader will provide leadership support to the Recordkeeping team. Our team is largely responsible for processing participant transactions of our 401(k) clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supports team’s core responsibilities of processing participant transactions, completing plan maintenance activities, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
  • Handles client escalations and works closely with business partners and clients to remediate or prevent future escalations.
  • Drives project planning and resource assignment activities.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities for organizational improvement and drives the improvement effort.
  • Provides quality assurance.
  • Project Management: Plans work for others to meet project deadlines and works with team members to exceed client requirements.

Required Qualifications:
