Sunstall Inc. seeks a skilled Trade Specialist to join our reconstruction team in Whitsett, NC. You will perform high-quality repair and rebuild work after property damage, in residential and commercial settings, ensuring safety and adherence to our standards.

You are a detail-oriented craftsman who can interpret scopes, follow processes, and work with Project Managers to restore properties to pre-loss condition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret project scopes, measurements and basic construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable and consistent in completing assigned tasks on schedule.
• Ability to work independently while following direction and established processes.
• Comfortable adapting to changing project conditions and priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled reconstruction, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work on restoration projects.
• Executes work according to project scopes, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Reviews tasks and communicates challenges, material needs, or project concerns with leadership.
• Maintains attention to detail to ensure repairs are completed accurately and professionally.
• Follows established production processes, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Keeps job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project.
• Collaborates with Project Managers, Reconstruction Supervisors, and field team members; provides respectful service in customers' homes and businesses.
• Properly uses, maintains, and secures company tools, equipment, and materials.
• Documents completed work and communicates project progress as needed.
• Supports additional reconstruction needs as project requirements change.

Qualifications
