Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Project Manager for the Reconstruction Department in Georgia, with travel to nearby markets as needed. You will oversee all stages of residential and commercial reconstruction after water mitigation, coordinating crews, budgets, and schedules.

You’ll be the main contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with Georgia codes. Proficiency with Xactimate, DASH, DocuSketch, and related software is essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and Georgia building codes.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, DASH, DocuSketch, or similar software.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead crews and interact with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to completion, including demolition, structural repairs, and finishing work.
• Schedule, direct, and supervise subcontractors and internal crews to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all phases of work.
• Coordinate closely with mitigation teams to ensure rebuild projects begin on time and follow proper procedures.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines using restoration software such as Xactimate or DocuSketch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters, providing regular updates and resolving concerns.
• Inspect job sites regularly to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to local building codes.
• Document project progress through daily logs, photographs, moisture readings, and punch lists.
• Ensure OSHA and Georgia construction safety standards are met on all job sites.
• Train and mentor crew members on safety practices and Serclean procedures.
