Job summary

SERVPRO Chantilly Franchise is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead fire and water damage restoration projects and ensure high-quality service from start to finish. You will manage customer interactions, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects within scope, time, and budget.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to supervise others, and a proven track record in restoration or construction.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service track record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the reconstruction process and expectations.
• Maintain proactive customer and client communications throughout the project.
• Ensure permits are acquired and compliance maintained.
• Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients.

Job Description

Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Compensation

The salary range listed reflects the total target annual compensation for this position, which includes both base salary and commission opportunities. Individual earnings will vary based on performance, commission achievement, and other applicable factors.
