Timbrook Automotive Inc in Elkins, WV is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to turn vehicles into brand-new highlights through detailing, repairs, and cosmetic improvements. This full-time role focuses on delivering WOW experiences by preparing cars for sale and customer satisfaction.

You will inspect vehicles, perform touch-ups, and collaborate with Service & Sales to ensure our lot shines. A detail-oriented, energetic team player with a valid driver’s license is preferred, with growth

Qualifications

• Experience in detailing, reconditioning, or minor repairs preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements.
• Perform paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs.
• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards.
• Replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress.
• Team up with Service & Sales to make our lot shine.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
