Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise, Idaho is seeking a detail‑oriented Reconciliation Analyst to support reconciliation of investments and data flows within our web-based portfolio accounting platform. You will ensure timely delivery of accurate investment information, including accounting, analytic, and compliance reports.

You will collaborate with product and data engineering teams to improve reconciliation tools, automate processes toward 90%+ automation, and build trusted relationships with data

Responsibilities

• Reconciles transactions and holdings of investment portfolios to data received from external portfolio providers, using a state-of-the-art web-based system.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate investment information, including accounting, analytic, and compliance reports
• Validates investment data against available market data provided by third party sources.
• Manage internal and external inquiries & requests (main contacts include Treasurers & upper-level Accounting Managers)
• Create and maintain valuable relationships with data providers, clients, and service delivery managers
• Work with product teams to continually iterate and improve reconciliation tools and processes
• Work with data engineers to automate reconciliation processes, aiming at >90% automation
• Beginner to Intermediate Excel tasks such as COUNTIF or SUMIF
