Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, Ltd. seeks a Reconciliation Analyst to compare portfolio data from external sources with our web-based system and ensure timely, accurate client portfolio updates each day.

You will investigate issues, leverage Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA) and internal tools, and apply financial concepts to reconciliation errors. A Bachelor's in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, business, mathematics or related field.
• Experience with reconciliation processes and financial data preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues in the system.
• Deliver daily, comprehensive portfolio status updates to clients.

**Job Summary:** The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for comparing investment portfolio data from external sources with an advanced web-based system. Their primary responsibility is to guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of comprehensive portfolio status updates to clients on a daily basis. **Responsibilities:** Investigate and address identified issues within the reconciliation system through problem-solving, seeking support from mentors and department experts as needed.Develop familiarity with and competency in using internal tools and processes. Understand financial concepts and apply them to reconciliation errors. **Required Skills:** Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS will be an added advantage.Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, VBA, etc.) preferred.Finance and/or accounting experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
