Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington, located on the Bloomington campus, seeks a Broadcast Engineering professional to lead a student crews team supporting backstage and front-of-house operations for nearly 900 performances annually across three recital venues. You will oversee hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring proper operation of AV equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in broadcast engineering, production engineering and/or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of 30 to 60 student workers who support backstage and front-of-house operations for about 900 performances per year.
• Manages hiring, training, scheduling and improvement of the student recital setups team.
• Trains and supervises student stage crews, faculty, and staff on audio, video, lighting equipment.
