Receptionists & Reception Team Leader - Kippa-Ring

Our state-of-the-art facilities include everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel-good environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires.

We’re Hiring: Receptionists + 1 Reception Team Leader

We’re currently on the hunt for multiple passionate Receptionists and one exceptional Team Leader to join our front desk crew. If you're all about energy, professionalism, and creating standout experiences for our members – we want to hear from you!

Receptionist Roles

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first face our members see and play a vital part in making their visit welcoming and enjoyable. Whether you’re assisting with bookings, preparing a protein shake, or handling member enquiries, you’ll help deliver electric experiences with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet everyone & serve customers at both the front desk & café.
  • Answer calls, handle queries, and direct members to relevant staff when needed.
  • Use our systems to manage memberships, bookings & product sales.
  • Assist parents with Kid's Cartel bookings (where applicable).
  • Promote & sell supplements and apparel.
  • Make coffee & protein shakes (we’ll teach you!).
  • Keep reception and café areas clean and well-presented.
  • Open and close the Club according to procedures.
  • Prioritise tasks and follow directions from the manager or team leader.
Reception Team Leader Role (1 Position Only)

We’re looking for one strong leader to oversee the front desk team, ensuring everything runs smoothly while driving service standards and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the Reception team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Drive performance in service, upsells & member retention.
  • Handle escalated member queries and overdue accounts.
  • Maintain high standards in reception/café cleanliness and presentation.
  • Oversee café operations and stock levels.
  • Work closely with Club Operations Managers to meet daily priorities.
  • Set the tone for a positive, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
  • Competent computer skills and a willingness to learn.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to attain).
  • Availability for a mix of shifts including early mornings, evenings & weekends.
  • Full Australian working rights.

For the Team Leader:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or team leadership.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of computer literacy and organisation.
  • Passion for fitness and ability to lead by example.
  • Flexible availability and reliability.
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full Australian working rights.
