City of Indianapolis and Marion County seeks two customer service and reception staff for the Marion Superior Court Youth Services Center. Duties include answering phones, greeting the public, and providing information, plus general clerical tasks.
Responsibilities also include mail sorting, monitoring the cell phone locker, and security screening of entrants. Candidates must be patient, respectful, and capable with diverse individuals, with strong Microsoft Office and email skills.

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HSE certificate is required. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Must be patient and respectful always, and able to work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals. Proven technology skills/experience are required, including a general knowledge of Microsoft Office products and email. Must possess excellent oral communication skills and have experience in dealing effectively with other professionals and the public.
There are two positions. One is full-time, 8a-5p, Monday through Friday. The other is part-time (no benefits), 12 hours per week, 4p-8p, Tuesdays and Thursdays and 8a-12p Saturdays.
