Job summary

Marquis Companies is seeking a Receptionist for our assisted living facility to be the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will answer multi-line calls, greet people warmly, and support basic office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Simply put, as theReceptionist, you will be responsible for answering a multi-line telephone, taking messages, and greeting residents, families and other visitors.Other duties will include, but are not limited to, arranging medical transportation, assisting the billing Business office with AP and AR related tasks, sorting & distributing mail and filing.
