Trinity Health MercyOneHealth System is seeking a Clinic Receptionist to greet patients and visitors, manage front desk, and ensure smooth patient flow in a busy outpatient setting.
You will verify demographics and insurance, collect copays, schedule appointments, answer calls, and maintain confidentiality while upholding Trinity Health values. This full-time, day shift role offers opportunities for growth within MercyOne.
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Receptionist greets and welcomes patients and visitors to theclinic,demonstratingstronginterpersonalskills and a professional demeanor. They are responsible for managingthefront desk responsibilities including maintaining patient flow;scheduling appointments;appropriately handling phone calls;validating insurance eligibility;entering demographics, insurance, and other pertinent information inthe Electronic Health Record and othervarious systems; anddetermining and collecting time of service payments and/or past due balances at the time of appointment.
Hours: Full Time – 32 hours/week – 3 days during the week, every other weekend.
