Position Summary

The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks The receptionist will be receiving guests at the front desk by greeting welcoming directing and announcing them appropriately The receptionist will be responsible for professionally answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates The receptionist will assist officeclinical staff with special projects mailings and requests as needed

Required Experience for Receptionist

  • Ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
  • Greet guests in a professional friendly hospitable manner
  • Maintains confidential patient records in accordance with privacy and security standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act HIPAA and other applicable state laws

  • Participates in the Agencys Emergency Preparedness Procedures and Emergency Communications plan
  • Order maintain and restock office and breakroom supplies
  • Coordinates TravelOrderset up lunches for meetings and special events
  • Organize and coordinate use of meeting rooms
  • Collaborate with office staff to plan events for clinician meetings
