ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I began my State Farm agency career in June 2002 after graduating college. I had the privilege of working alongside my father, Mike Markman, at his long-established agency in Park Ridge. It was there that I developed a passion for helping people in their moments of need, building trust with clients that continues to drive how I lead my agencies today.

Across my two offices, we have a team of 10, collectively bringing well over 100 years of State Farm experience. Many of my team members have been with me for years, and their loyalty and expertise are the foundation of our success. We handle everything from simple customer needs to complex policy issues with professionalism and care. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Todd Markman - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
