You will greet customers, manage appointments, maintain records, and assist in conversations about insurance options while assisting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
