Marketing Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, you may want to consider working in the office of Jeff Zachary - State Farm Agent. As a member of our agency team, you will have the opportunity to experience firsthand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. Your role will involve building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This position provides a valuable insight into working in an agent's office and exploring the possibility of becoming a State Farm agent yourself.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.
  • Adapt skills necessary to operate a business effectively.
