Job summary

Travishesser in Manchester, MO is seeking a customer-focused Agent Team Member to join a State Farm independent contractor agency. You will be the main contact for customers, building relationships and promoting insurance and financial products.

You will handle inquiries about coverage, quotes, policy changes, and billing, delivering prompt, friendly service and using a needs-based approach to explain options. Licensing in property & casualty and life/health is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
