Rock Nelson - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our team in Houston. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers, managing calls and scheduling, and maintaining customer records with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and multitasking skills, capable of engaging in sales conversations and using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to support daily tasks.

• Experience in receptionist or customer service role.
