Mike Bafus - State Farm Agent is seeking a receptionist to support daily operations and provide exceptional service to customers. The role emphasizes organized scheduling, accurate record-keeping, and proactive engagement with customers to identify insurance needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Flexible schedule is offered, with core hours roughly 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
