Felixnet Prophete - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our Fayetteville office. You will greet customers, manage schedules, and support our high performing team.

Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish or French preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.

I opened my agency seven years ago and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member myself and saw firsthand the growth potential that agency ownership could provide. Outside of work, I play guitar in a small band, enjoy bicycling and staying active with my kids, and love sports like soccer. I also competed in track and field, so that competitive spirit has always been a part of who I am.
Our agency is proud to stay connected to the community. We sponsor three local high schools and their athletic programs and participate in community activities throughout the year that allow us to build relationships with the people we serve.
