Stephanie Jameson - State Farm Agent is seeking a receptionist to join our team in Dundalk. You will greet customers, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the right teammates while managing appointments and maintaining customer records.

The role emphasizes building rapport, exploring insurance opportunities, and delivering high-quality service in an in-office environment. Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, with basic computer and CRM skills essential for success.

Qualifications
