ROLE DESCRIPTION : As a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Jones - State Farm Agent, you will support our agency in achieving its goals by implementing and supporting office policies and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Collaborating with team members, you will facilitate smooth operations to help clients benefit from insurance products and financial services.

We seek an organized, detail-oriented professional whose skills help provide essential services to our community. Chris Jones - State Farm Agent is eager to welcome your collaborative approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy details, claims, and billing.
3. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance products.
4. Maintain a well-organized office environment that effectively meets customer needs and markets relevant products.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in customer service (required); managing customer service (preferred); sales (preferred)
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in and manage a team environment
• Proficiency in Windows applications
• Ability to collaborate to achieve agency goals
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Ability to obtain Life and Health License
