About our Agency : With 46 years of experience with State Farm-starting as an agent in 1988 after nearly a decade working in an agent's office-I have built a high-performing agency that consistently strives for excellence. Responsibilities :

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation : $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
