Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet patients, schedule appointments, and support physicians throughout the patient encounter.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 7–11 months of related experience or training, with responsibilities including opening the department on time, maintaining accurate schedules, and assisting visitors in the lobby as needed.
The receptionist performs various procedures associated with routine patient encounters, maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. Receptionist greets patients, makes appointments for patients and maintains accurate and orderly schedules for physicians.
