Job summary

Carespring's Heritagespring of West Chester in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to represent the facility by providing information, directing inquiries and managing incoming communication. The role requires professionalism and a friendly, helpful presence.

You will greet visitors, answer the phone, screen calls, assist the Business Office Coordinator with tasks, and support front desk operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Mastery of the facility phone system: answer, route, take messages and screen calls.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the lobby or appropriate supervisor.
• Assist the Business Office Coordinator with administrative tasks (filing, payments, new applicants/hires).
• Mastery of the Screening System for Team Members, Vendors and Visitors.
• Other office duties as assigned.

Facility is currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist. Come join our team as the facility Receptionist at our state of the art, skilled nursing facility. The position represents the facility by providing information, directing inquiries, channeling concerns and overall management of all incoming communication. This person must maintain a professional appearance and congenial atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service as the role is the first person customers see and/or speak to on the phone. The aim is to meet the needs of every person or call coming into the facility
• Mastery of the Facility Phone System including answering phone system and direct calls to the proper supervisor or department, take messages, and screen employ calls.
• Greet visitors, sales people, families and prospective residents and families. Direct them to the lobby or appropriate supervisor.
• Assists the facility Business Office Coordinator to perform administrative tasks (Filing, receiving payments, directing new applicants/hires)
• Mastery of the Screening System for all Team Members, Vendors and Visitors
• Other office duties as assigned.
