(San Diego Post Acute) Pepperbush Holdings, LLC is seeking an administrative receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, check in guests, and manage the reception area. The role requires basic Microsoft Office skills and prior clerical experience.
You will schedule appointments, handle mail, and support staff while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information in a healthcare setting. Benefits include sick leave.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 an hour (based on experience) Benefits: Sick Leave Provide general administrative and clerical support.

This position has no supervisor responsibilities
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multiline phone system.
