Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

• Accept and convey accurate and timely messages, routing telephone calls appropriately.
• Distributes mail coming into and originating from the office.
• Assists with monitoring and record keeping related to operating and capital budget.
• Processes travel requests and educational arrangements.
• Computerizes select information for ease of retrieval.
• Maintains office supplies.
• Schedules meetings upon request.
• Ensure integrity of communication systems with Personnel Department regarding status changes, PAFs, etc.
• Maintains and monitors system for recording and tracking personnel requisitions.
