PACS is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Support professional at its Fresno facility to greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform general clerical tasks. This role is limited to non-clinical duties and sits in the Reception/Administrative area.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a multiline phone system is preferred. No travel required.
The primary purpose of your job position is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone. It is limited to clerical duties only and located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area. ***This position has no clinical involvement/duties of any kind***
This position has no supervisor responsibilities.
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
