Receptionist for Outpatient Clinic Opportunity

Position: Part-Time

For nearly 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties:

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the phones, maintaining the facility census book, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical support as requested.

Qualifications

Receptionist Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. required.
  • Two years experience on a multi-line telephone, switchboard, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Training, within 30 days of employment
  • Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment
