Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL seeks a Receptionist-Registration to manage patient flow, perform data entry, and check-in duties for outpatient services. Under the Patient Access Manager, you will follow registration policies and support accurate demographic collection.
You will greet patients and visitors, distribute handouts, and assist with locating services, aiming to provide the highest level of service and hospitality to patients and families.
The Receptionist-Registration will perform a variety of data entry and patient flow management functions for outpatient departments in the facility. It is the responsibility of the registration representative to check in accurately, collect patient demographic information, and utilize the patient tracking tool to manage workflow. Under the direction of the patient access manager, he/she is responsible to follow all registration and admitting policies and procedures. Performs a variety of admitting/administrative tasks to accurately document the admission of patients of all ages to the Hospital. Acts as a resource in providing all customers with the highest level of service. Enhances the hospital experience for patients, families and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and concierge services.
