Receptionist & HR Assistant

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Receptionist & HR Assistant! This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and is comfortable in the HR arena.

As a Receptionist & HR Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday expectation
  • First point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Provide support with key administrative functions within the Human Resources Department
  • Requires strong dependability, excellent communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with on-boarding new hires (preparing documents, scheduling orientations, etc.)
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Support HR with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with weekly payroll operations within the business

A few must-haves for our Receptionist & HR Assistant:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or HR support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
