Great Lakes Dental Associates is looking for a friendly, outgoing personality to fill the role of Front Desk Receptionist in our office.

Responsibilities for Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Welcome patients, vendors, and other visitors to our medical office
  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
  • Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
  • Utilize our dental office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
  • Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
  • Medical billing, insurance submission and pre-authorization

Qualifications for Front Desk Receptionist

  • 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
