Pleasant Ridge Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team.

Shift : 8 am - 4:30 pm

Rate: $17 / hour

PURPOSE / BELIEF STATEMENT :

The Receptionist maintains a friendly and positive image for the center by greeting and directing callers, visitors, and guests.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer telephones, determine the nature of calls, and direct callers appropriately
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure delivery
• Operate paging and telephone systems
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and certification, and to enhance quality of care
• Perform other related activities as assigned
• Adhere to departmental, center, and home office policies, quality improvement programs, and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous receptionist experience in healthcare preferred
